Gareth has suggested additional tracking be added to the careers website to better understand users behavior.

Also removes some JavaScript that was repeated (merge error at some 
point, doh) and fixes some indentation.

Verified I see these new tracking events being fired on production and that they are appearing in GA under real time. Gareth if you see any issues we can re-open to address.
