The Polycom phones company-wide are programmed to dial extension 90 for voicemail, which is also what is documented on our user instructions for how to access voicemail.  This extension doesn't exist in probably more than one of the offices (at least in PDX1).  I believe it's set up under the "Feature Codes" section in the Thirdlane GUI right now.  It should probably be removed from there and placed in the user_extensions file that's pushed by puppet instead similar to how extension 92 is set up, so it'll just automatically exist everywhere.
And I've done just that, ext 90 and ext 92 are both now in user_extensions and pushed by puppet, so they will exist in all offices.
