Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to about:config
2. Search for network.dns.disablePrefetch


Actual results:

Right-click on network.dns.disablePrefetch → toggle has no effect.


Expected results:

The value should change from true or false to false or true, respectively.
Severity: normal → minor
It does toggle for me.  It sounds like something may be watching that pref and then reverting your change as soon as you make it.  Maybe an add-on?  Can you reproduce in safe mode with add-ons disabled?  https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Yes, it appears to be a plugin preventing it…
