Hi Joseph,
no need to open a bug unless it's something that needs to be pushed to prod urgently (like a typo in the main title of the home page, etc.). All your changes are pushed daily to production (I just did).

The change to home page is quite different since we need to wait for webdevs to enable the new tile for some locales.

Tip: if you write r122194 on Bugzilla it's automatically linked to the SVN revision.
