Our test suite runs a few OCSP stapling tests that depend on external servers.

One of them tests that a known revoked cert is being reported as revoked.

This no longer works, because the certificate issued by a commercial CA has expired, causing no more revocation information to be available, and our tests fail.

I'm going to remove this one particular test as a bustage fix.

I'll propose another patch to remove all those tests. Now that we have local testing abilities using selfserv, they should no longer be required.
