Details

When I upload an attachment with a flag, the response contains two flag objects when only one was created. One has an ID, the other doesn't.

I think this is also causing the addition of flags that aren't multiplicable to fail. When trying to upload an attachment with the `approval-mozilla-beta` flag, I get this error: "You cannot have several approval-mozilla-beta flags for this bug."
I have pushed a revised version of bug 918384 to bugzilla-dev. Erik, can you confirm that this issue still occurs with the changes?
