From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801 BuildID: 2001080110 On my system any https-webpage is not visible. Mozilla shows "document done", but nothing happens. I am using a proxy, but this can't be the problem since other browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer) does handle it correctly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Simply call a secure-http webpage. 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing happenes. Webpage is not shown (seems to be not even downloaded). Expected Results: Render the secure-http webpage. (Download security-certificate?)

Yes, I did have Mozilla 0.9.2 before. But I've removed it completely via uninstaller. Furthermore I've removed all registry keys with the words "mozilla" or "netscape" in it and my profile folder completely. The computer should have been "mozilla-clean". Now I also tried to create a brand new blank profile, but it has the same effect. I type in any secure-http address and nothing happenes (my lan connection only shows a traffic of 2 incoming and 2 outgoing packages). Now I tried it with a direct internet connection an a connections using our network proxies - that does'nt seem to matter. Any further hints? What does "wfm with win2k build 20010805." mean?Ps.: Anyway I am using Mozilla since a long time for now and it's pretty good work though!

Alright - I did not install PSM (now I know that it means Personal Security Manager) since I thought I wouldn't need it for simple browsing. I was wrong. After installing PSM I got all the security certificate messages and all my https - websites work perfectly. A big sorry for that. Anyway: Maybe this should be written somewhere? I didn't know that so far. Knowing from Netscape I normally install navigator and mail/news only. Again sorry for that... next time I will make a full install before guessing a bug.

Thanks ! marking worksforme (I didn't know that can can unselect PSM from installing since I'm not using the installer) BTW: "Again sorry for that..." no problem (!!) unless you search bugzilla for known bugs !
