937364 - Unable to profile using a nexus4 device

One of our partners reported being unable to profile code using the nexus4. It would be good to understand why, and see if there is a way that we can fix this for ourselves/partners.

I'm not sure if this is enough to debug, but I'm seeing the following in the logs:

See bug 914190.  The patch there is r-, but should work if a quick fix is needed.

See also bug 926734 (where the patch from 914190 was successfully used), but I don't think any of the issues showing up there affect the Nexus 4.

With the dependency resolved I am now able to profile a nexus4. Thanks for the work on this Jed!
