Details
This is the followup of bug 811635. The patch which is under review in bug 811635 will only support single connection. For more complicated use case, we might need multiple connection, that is, more one two devices are in the same subnet and are able to communicate with each other.

Rename the issue to more specific case: For now when a device is a group owner, other client cannot request to join the group. We need to modify the internal state machine as well as the web API.
