Details

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-cjkjk0i/payments/
2. Click on the radio button 'Choose where my app is made available'
3. Select China as a region to support
4. Save Changes


observed behavior:
'Changes successfully saved' is shown but China is not selected as a supported region.

This is true for the option - 'Make my app available in most regions' as well.

The regional exclusion was getting saved, but the checkbox was not getting checked/unchecked upon refresh of the page.
