Description:
The string "Signing in" is not localized for any language when signing into a Persona account.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131114004004
2)  Set the language to any language other than English.
3)  Tap on the "Marketplace" icon.
4)  Tap on the "Gear" settings icon.
5)  Tap on the "Sign In/Sign Up" button.
6)  Enter in a valid Persona email account and tap "Continue".
7)  Enter in a valid password and tap "Sign In".
8)  Pay close attention to the blank white screen that appears and look for the string "Signing in".

 
Actual:
The string "Signing in" is not localized.

Expected:
The string is localized for all languages.

I think this is actually a bug in Persona (or MarketPlace), not Gaia.

I can reproduce it on a phone, but not visiting https://marketplace.firefox.com/ with Firefox (only spinning icon, no text).

Strings of the signin steps come from Persona.
