939595 - Localized links for "home" and "about" show up in English in the Lightbeam "about" page

Though the "home" and "about" links on top of the Lightbeam page do display localized in the "home" page (https://www-dev.allizom.org/el/lightbeam/), they display in English in the "about" page (https://www-dev.allizom.org/el/lightbeam/about/)

This is valid for all locales both on stage and on production.
