Steps to reproduce:

1. Position finger above screen
2. Make fast swipe down until mid point of screen


Actual results:

Vertical portion of swipe failed to trigger pull-down. In some instances any lateral portion of the swipe is acted upon by the app. This is most obvious on the homescreen.


Expected results:

The notification pull-down should pull down. For comparison try an android device. This appears to be an issue that will improve along with general responsiveness.
