Description:
Under settings > Media Storage, the drop down menu is unresponsive making it impossible to change the default media location.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131119004006
2) Access Settings > Media Storage > Scroll down to the Advanced section.
3) Attempt to change the default media location.

Actual:
User is unable to change the default media location.

Expected:
Using the drop down menu, the user can change between Internal Storage and SD Card.

Buri does not have accessible internal storage. However there is bug about the UI showing an option to enable internal storage. See bug 936098.

Removing the regression and regressionwindow-wanted tags since this is not a bug.
