User Story:
As a user I want to close a browsing window so that I can exit windows that I no longer need.

Acceptance Criteria:
"1. I can chose to close an open browsing window which will cause it to exit.
2. Closed browsing windows are no longer shown in the list of windows described in System132."
Component: Gaia::System → Gaia::System::Window Mgmt
Component: Gaia::System::Window Mgmt → Gaia::System::Browser
No longer blocks: browser-chrome-mvp
Part of task manager.

Any new UX specs required here?

No, this should be handled by the task manager. This is detailed in the latest rocket bar specs on Box at: https://mozilla.box.com/s/638ltapmruk7l0vo8mou.

I'm going to close this based on the fact that it will be handled by the Task Manager.
