When the session times out and we hit a limit as shown in: 

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=940621

We should probably show a nice message with a cancel button and let the user restart the payment. Exactly how we can distinguish between that and someone coming to the site with no session at all... i'm not sure. It's probably one nice message for everyone.
And we should track how many times this happens in Google Analytics.

I don't think this is a problem since we moved to cookie based sessions. Kumar, re-open if I'm talking rubbish.
