User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/31.0.1650.57 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Open metro version of firefox.
Use trackpad to scroll down half a page.
Move your mouse.
The Hover state is wrong, highlighting the element that would have been there if the page had never scrolled

If I use the touch screen to scroll however, the hover state when I mouse the mouse is in the right position. Scrolling again via the trackpad will cause the hover state to be in the wrong position again, highlighting the element that would have been there after the touch screen scroll.
