Region code: Hanger Device: Alcatel Connection: Wi-fi/3G Phone number/MSISDN: +3620 3747379 Carrier: Telenor Last 4 digits CC: 7929 Test App used: all steps to reproduce: 1- Log in to Marketplace using a valid account; 2- Search for pricetier; 3- select one which carrier billing payment is accepted; 4- buy it and try to pay using carrier billing. expected behavior: The payment is completed without any problem. observed behavior: The error: "Sorry, there is a problem. Try it later again" shows up right after to click to BUY.

Working fine! Credits moved to "Universal Balance" which is necessary for the purchases.
