Homescreen app now has its background. It should be transparent...
This is causing problem when we try to relaunch the homescreen (by killed by OOM). Before it renders the background there's a while it's all black.

At least we should remove background-color: #000 from homescren.css
This should be a regression of bug 917416 comment 38.

Revert my bug edits if otherwise. Thanks.
