These pages should also redirect to the new page:

https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/join-mozilla?source=join_link

From our consultants who manage Blue State Digital pages:

Hi Andrea, 

We'll need to have the current URL (www.mozilla.org/join) redirect to https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/EOYFR2013-newdefault

But actually, you're (or someone internally) is going to have to do it because that URL is not part of BSD, and we don't have access to mozilla.org.
