Adding an add-on from our addons site doesn't give a download progress notification

Details

1) Install Firefox Beta
2) Using the home screen, go to our addons site
3) Go to most popular add-ons, find AdBlock Plus
4) Click "Add to firefox"
5) See *quickly disappearing* pop-up "add-on downloading"
6) Wait and have nothing happen with no indication anything is happening
7) Click "add to firefox" a few more times
8) Get twenty popups to install adblock

For normal downloads, we display a persistent Android notification while they are in progress. We should do this here as well.
