add new bookmark via manager context menu "new bookmark" gives wrong favicon

STR:

1. open manager
2. view a folder contents
3. right-click in contents list area and choose "new boomkark"
4. create and save bookmark

Expected: bookmark has correct favicon

Actual: bookmark for bugzilla.mozilla.org has favicon for jawbone.com
this looks bad, I could reproduce just now on Win8, looks like a regression to me.
Changing folder and coming back the problem solves, so it's a temporary view problem.

I can't reproduce this on latest nightly on Mac, nor have I heard anything like it recently. The bookmarks get either the generic icon, or the bookmark associated with the site.
