All the bindings for the widgets in mailWidgets.xml are in skin! BAD!

Neil, you probably need to hook up some jar.mn's to see this file. Please attach a cvs diff -uN (shows new files too, added via cvs add someFile.css) next time.

I'm not sure what the point of this is. The messenger.css file in content already contains all of these bindings, so we don't need a separate mailWidgets.css. This file is imported from the root skin file. We are delibarately importing only a single css from from each xul file in mail for simplicity. Skin authors are responsible for importing the root content file from their root css file.
