Details
Consider ANSSI. It's under "PM/SGDN" -> IGC/A. Why isn't it under "ANSSI"? See the comments in this thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/netsec/comments/1sc3t8/french_ca_anssi_issuing_unauthorized_certs_for/ Notice how some people thought that ANSSI wasn't even included in Firefox yet, after looking for it. Similarly, Comodo roots exists under multiple names. We should clean that up.
