Details

Consider ANSSI. It's under "PM/SGDN" -> IGC/A. Why isn't it under "ANSSI"?

Notice how some people thought that ANSSI wasn't even included in Firefox yet, after looking for it.

Similarly, Comodo roots exists under multiple names. We should clean that up.
We won't be making a code change in regards to this.
