Merge day incoming, so we need to merge in Github the work done by ar, fr and zh-TW localizers on 1.3. [ar] merged from Pootle on monday, but still 1238 missing strings [fr] up-to-date [zh-TW] 42 missing strings (basically last master l10n batch)
