Build ID: 2001081003 on Win32.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to www.adcritic.com
2. Refresh the page until the "sponsor" on the right is Amazon.
3. You will see that the white background and text that's supposed to be within
the Amazon box extends itself to its right, thus making the page scroll
horizontally.
If contents of a box with fixed size can not fit inside, it indeed *should*
spill out according to HTML spec.
see: http://www.bath.ac.uk/%7Epy8ieh/internet/eviltests/horizgrowth.html

I suspect this is a problem with the page HTML, rather than Mozilla, though I
didn't look through the page code to verify this.
Platform: PowerBook G3/300/192Mb/25Gb, MacOS X 10.0.4
Fizzilla build: 2001082905

I'm seeing this bug on MacOS X. What's interesting is that if you scroll the
horizontal scroll bar all the way to the right edge, the text STILL is off the
screen. I believe this is a bug; even if the text grows outside the bounds of
the table, you should still be able to read it all by scrolling right (as you
see in the aforementioned bath.ac.uk spec page), or the text should wrap.
