User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131112160018 Steps to reproduce: When update availability was showed, press "Ask later" Then, in order to apply the update, go to menu Help -> About Actual results: Window "About Mozilla Thunderbird" doesn't show an Update button. Expected results: Update button must be showed in "About" window as usual when update is available.

Workaround is to restart Thunderbird.

It doesn't offer an update if you click "check for updates"?

There was no "Check for Updates" button at "About Mozilla Thunderbird" window.

This area has changed in version 31. Do you still see this issue when using a current version?
