STR:

1. Drag the handle to one side (to end is not necessary)
2. Tap on handle

Actual:

1. The handle stretch unreasonablly toward one side

Expected:

2. The handle would not stretch
This is because of some states are not cleaned after sliding.

This patch should resolve the patch by resetting the touch states every touchend.
