To see this problem, you will need to sign up for RebatesPlus (it's free).  Then
go to the enter reciepts page.  This has two buttons below the entry fields. 
With NS 4.61, they display to fill the available horizontal space and they are
vertically aligned.  This is not the case with the 0.9.3 build.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Call up URL
2. Log in
3. Select Enter Receipt tab


Actual Results:  Buttons displayed misaligned and mis-sized.

I only see one button ('Enter receipt') beneath the date field, however.

They hardcode button with to 75 pixels and hardcode a windows font for the 
button, so we cut off text in the button.
