* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.3 build.
  While FxOS enters passcode page, the passcode page becomes blank before keyboard pops up.
  Attaching the video(WP_20131216_002.mp4) and log (PasscodePage_20131216.log)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the settings app
  2. Tapping "Screen lock"
  3. Toggling "Passcode lock"

* Expected result:
  FxOS displays passcode page

* Actual result:
  The passcode becames blank before keyboard pops up.

OOPS~ It happened on V1.2.
Also, I found a issue. Tapping the screen before keyboard pops up and it will cause a blank page.
