After a discussion with the Marketplace team, we have decided that we need to rename Collections to be Smart Collections prior to launch to avoid a conflict with a planned Marketplace feature called Collections.

I believe the only place that this is presented to the user today is via a long press on the homescreen.

This isn't getting an uplift to 1.3 without the dependency fixed. Or we need to back this out & double check that all references to collections are correctly updated to smart collections.

Requirement per product discussions, although we need to resolve the regression here first before uplifting.

Per discussions on the other bug - the followup is a build system issue only affecting 1.4, so this can be safely uplifted to 1.3.
