User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131205075310 Steps to reproduce: Launch component. Actual results: the height is too large for a netbook's screen. None of the titlebar buttons amke a difference and manual height resize is not possible. Expected results: It should fit.

Can't agree with that, see attached screenshot. I'm not sure, who is guilty in your case, SeaMonkey Theme or DE, but on Win 7 there are enough space available
Is this still present in latest SeaMonkey version?
