Appear that Mozilla (0.9.3) does not inform java plugin (Sun JRE 1.3.1) of 
proxy config, as IP Address, Port, Account Settings (user/password for proxy 
server).

So, applets does not start.

I need more data.  Do you have the plugin using the browser's proxy settings or 
is the plugin using manual proxy settings.
