When you are using Firefox Metro in filled view, sliding in the Windows Charm and selecting "Settings -> Options" and then taping on "Clear" will produce a modal window that will overlap with the "Options" flyout.

- Attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Slide in the Desktop from the left to move Firefox Metro into filled view (any app will work, just ensure that Firefox Metro is in filled view)
3) Go to wikipedia.org
4) Once the website has loaded, slide in the Windows Charm and select "Settings -> Options"
5) Tap on the "Clear" button and you'll notice the overlap

Current Behaviour:

- "Clear Private Data" modal window is being overlapped by the "Options" flyout when Firefox Metro is in filled view

Expected Behaviour:

- The "Clear Private Data" modal window should be in front of the "Options" flyuout and shouldn't be overlapped

Found the bug using the following build:

Not sure if we should display the modal prompt on top or close the flyout when the prompt shows is good enough. Second option is much simpler to implement, first one will possibly require moving elements around and is riskier. It's unlikely that the user still wants to access the options flyout after clearing private data anyway.

There seems to be an overlap in full view, too. At least, it feels slightly odd. However it definitely overlaps when you change orientation.

It's definitely overlapping in full view. I ran into this when verifying Bug #941454. I agree with Rodrigo's comment #1. Usually modal window's that appear from Options/Settings signify the last action the user needs to take to complete the task he/she has started. In my opinion, sliding the "Options" out of the way once the modal window appears is the best approach rather than resizing and attempting to squeeze everything together in a limited space.
