I think it's a package to install on the server hosting our bugzilla installation.
That feature is useful to review patches, I would like to have it.

Florian actually fixed this at one point by installing a perl package on the machine (I think) interdiff, but this doesn't really matter anyway now that we're on bugzilla.mozilla.org.
