I'm not seeing it in aug15 commercial trunk build, what skin?

I'm not seeing it.  can you get a screen shot?
Well, in one of my profiles (using aug16 trunk, win98, modern) I'm seeing filter
rules severely clipped on the right.  It's not the list/main filters dialog, but
it seems we're clipping at some times. Screenshot attached.

I'm not seeing mail filter or filter rules clipping in recent trunk builds.
Marking worksforme, if we see it again we can reopen and attach new screenshot
and possible reproducibility details.
