+peerNotificationServerDown=Notification d'indisponibilité du serveur distant.
Ça n'a aucun sens, aussi bien avant qu'apres le changement.
La chaine anglaise n'est pas tres claire non plus ("Peer notification server down").
C'est dit en gros que le serveur de notification est en panne. Je suis pas sûr de comprendre ce que veut dire "peer" ici, mais je suppose que c'est une indication de quel serveur dans le reseau a un probleme (ici "peer" serait celui auquel on est directement connecte ?).
Bref, je comprends pas pourquoi un truc aussi obscure est localizable, mais helas il y a plein de trucs comme ca dans libpurple :(.

Pour la chaine "peerNotificationServerDown" j'ai mis "Serveur pair de notification indisponible" mais c'est aussi incomprehensible que l'original en anglais...
