Currently languages in download table on download-all.html is sorted by language code, not by alphabet. It results in Estonian shown after Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese shown after Dutch, etc. It's even worse in non-Latin localization of website.
It would be more useful and pretty to sort languages by alphabet. Perhaps one way to achieve it is to add ability for localizers to sort languages names manually to make them show in alphabetical order through websites/www.instantbird.com/download.properties file. Something like localesOrder=cs,de,en,es....

If using a solution that requires the localizers to chose the order themselves, should we recommend putting their own locale first?

Otherwise, I suspect we could just make the PHP script of the page sort the locales by localized name automatically.

I don't think that localizer's locale should be first.

If this PHP script could deal with sorting by cyrillic alphabet, then it would be perfect.

I'm pretty sure this is solvable.
