Is it possible to have seperate sound alerts for messages/events whether its comming from facebook or twitter or other messengers? Would be good to have so that you pay attention to only whats interesting at that time.

Generally we try to minimize the differences between different protocols and treat everything the same. This sounds like a great idea for an add-on though!
