The last 3 Linux nightlies have failed with a timeout error on the "distribute" step while downloading previous complete mar files.
The last few Windows nightlies have failed on the distribute step too, but it seems they failed a bit further thank to buildbot's failure to kill the process after the timeout.

Quentin recently added an "echo" in the mar download command so that the builds no longer timeout while downloading previous mar files.
