Reproduce Steps:

1. Launch Dialer
2. Make a phone call
3. After call connection is estanblished, send dialer to background

Actual results:

Keyboard appears for a while after dialer is already in background.

Expected results:
---------------------------
Keyboard should disappear after dialer is in background.

This is a window management issue.

Triage decided we wouldn't block on it. Seems too short of a span that the dial pad is shown on the screen.

Using the same blocking justification that we made for 1.3 here and not blocking for tarako, although nominatin for 1.4? to see if this can be fixed in future release

There's no 'keyboard' in the video.

Do you mean when you press home button you will oncall screen + dialer keypad at the same time?
