Reproduce Steps:

1. Launch Settings
2. go to Settings -> Sounds -> Tones
3. Try to change Ringers and Alerts

Actual results:

A balck screen appears for a while. It's more noticible for changing alerts. 

Expected results:
---------------------------
Sounds list should appear immediately.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
