Details

When attempting to set up a Vidyo conference in SFO Ansel Adams i saw in the Vidyo ui that multiple people in several location were already in the meeting. Upon joining i saw no one and they didn't see me. i tried rejoining and so did they and still no go. after switching rooms i saw the same issue for a short time and then everyone popped up. I later tested with with Omar Cruz in MTV and the same issue was occurring. Albert Villarde has also experienced this issue in SFO Boardroom and his personal Vidyo room

Candace Serran has been experiencing the same issue in her vidyo room and in the programmanagement vidyo room.
i tested with her and myself and we experienced the issue where we were both in programmanagement but not seeing each other.
This was resolved during a support call with Vidyo.
