Description:
Notes+ app no longer has an option to connect with an Evernote account.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140106004001
2) Use git to get the latest phase2 Notes+ app
3) Use App Manager to put on device
4) Launch Notes+ App from Everything.me screen
5) Navigate to Notebook view and Observe


Actual:
No option to connect with an Evernote Account

Expected:
There is an access point for the user to sync with their Evernote Account

Did you do:
  git submodule init
  git submodule update

before building the zip?

Here are the steps I used to build the app:

git clone https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/notes
git checkout phase2
git submodule init
git submodule update
make

I have also attached the zip here.

It appears we missed the "git checkout phase2" which means we built the wrong branch.  This issue no longer repros using steps to build the app mentioned in comment 1.
