This shouldn't be broken down more than country level, so how do you think about "Am beliebtesten in Deutschland"? If "app" as subject is implied, "Deutschlands beliebteste" would also be possible. Of course we have to keep the eyes open for later market launches in other German speaking countries.

"Editors' Pick"
"Empfehlung des Redakteurs"
My impression is that "Empfehlung der Redaktion" is common in Germany. Also applies to plural form.

"Education Spotlight"
"Im Fokus für Bildung"
If this is just the caption for a featured app, we should change it. "Vorgestellt in Bildung"?

"Live Healthy"
"Leben Sie gesund"
I'd go neutral by using "Gesund leben".

"Maps & Navigation Spotlight"
=> "Vorgestellt in Karten & Navigation"

"News & Weather Spotlight"
=> "Vorgestellt in Nachrichten & Wetter"

"The Sporting Life"
"Für das Sportlerleben"?

"Spielen Sie dieses Spiel jetzt"
=> "Spielen Sie jetzt dieses Spiel"?

"Arts & Entertainment Spotlight"
=> "Vorgestellt für Kunst & Unterhaltung"

"Social"
=> "Sozial" (dropped "-es", very likely that we are talking about social networks and other possibilities for people to interact)

It's still "Empfehlung des Redakteurs" (should be "der Redaktion").

"The Sporting Life" should still be translated.

The first two strings ("Today's Top App" / "Wichtigste App von heute") likely is about a feature, global (= category independent) app, so what about "Heute vorgestellte App(s)"?
