Details

At around 11:40am (PST) users reported that their Global VPN connection was dropped.

VPN is up now but cause of the disconnect and fix need to be reported.
This was caused when I tried to fully qualify an LDAP BIND DN in hiera without realizing that it would affect prod. Changes has been reverted and everything is working as intended now.
