Reproduce Steps:
--------------------------
1. Launch SMS
2. Add a new message
3. Tap on "Add attachment" and select Gallery
4. select a picture, and crop it to the smallest size
5. Tap on "Done", pic is added to mms body
6. Tap on the pic and select "View"
   --> You will notice that pic cannot be viewed. Page return to untitled context menu page.
This is bug 949202 (already 1.3+), duping.
