Details
This is moving the infra_scratch volume to the new filers. On host 10.22.69.16, change the NFS mount from 10.22.69.11:/vol/infra_scratch/scratch to 10.22.69.25:/infra_scratch

gcox, can you please confirm that NFS 4.1 and authorized access is correct for 10.22.69.25 per the docs https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SYSADMIN/Windows+Clients+for+NetApp+NFS Q

Good catch. ACL is good, but nfs4.1 wasn't. NFS4.1 enabled on the appropriate vserver. It doesn't look -exactly- like the phx1 changes we did on the last go-round, but it follows the docs, so give it a whirl. if it works, yay; if it fails, then the docs are just a little short.
markco install new NFS client per https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SYSADMIN/Windows+Clients+for+NetApp+NFS and I updated docs here: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/IT/How+To+Move+Files+To+or+From+Windows

Tweaked the How-to-move doc, since its linux side mount was wrong. Offline'd the volume on the old filer.
