Tracking bug for Vidyo Room Search Problems.

Room search from iPad does not work.  (No error, no results).

Rebooting the Vidyo Endpoint did not cure the problem.

Report Incidents in comments and clear room history blockers when individual rooms are fixed.

Guillermo: How should i go about fixing this crestron issue. The setup on these smaller rooms is different then the rooms i have seen this problem in before (espresso, macchioto setups). Please get back to me with a starting point if possible.

There shouldn't be any differences in how the Crestron control connects to Vidyo in the Large rooms versus small rooms.  I would check the settings on the HD220's web admin page and compare between the two.  The next step would be to call AVDG to verify the Crestron's settings and connection status.

I looked at this in Java and Latte.  When the Crestron is connected to control Vidyo some names should show up in room search before searching for anything.  These weren't showing up in either room.  They appeared again after rebooting the crestron control box under the table.
