Details

Bunker occasionally flips out and causes Nagios alert spam.  Since the cluster isn't actually in prod (yet), these alerts should all be set to IRC only.
Changes committed (r80848) and verified;

< nagios-scl3> | (IRC) Wed 15:34:33 PST [5082] node0.bunker.scl3.mozilla.com:Uptime is CRITICAL: Connection refused by host

Confirmed with ericz that not pages received.
